Benefit in Fragaria Vesca L.

 She is my favourite berry ,that aromatic and useful with vitamins C, P ,iron, phosphorus, calcium, copper, folic acid.And here using roots, berries, leafs of fragaria  in cure as fresh and dried kind.Fresh  berries are good cholagogue, help in gout, and low hemoglobin, infusion of leafs helping in hypertension, atherosclerosis, bronchial asthma, insomnia, cold, blood stopping, normalizing metabolism, infusion using  for curing wounds, inflammation for throat, flowers infusion cure diathesis in children, roots helping in colitis , haemorrhoid.

Berries preparing on early morning, when dew removing or evening on, leafs taking on the blooming time , roots are on autumn. Drying mass in good ventilating place. Tea of berries use one glass o the hot water in 2 tea.sp. with top are leafs , infuse 15 min, filter, use for 3 times/day one cup a tea or gargle ache throat. Such tea cleans blood, regulated metabolism, having antis sclerotic and calming effect. 

Aromatic herbal tea.

Ten parts of fragaria vesca leafs, raspberry, blackberry, fl. hypericum, three parts of leafs black currant, part of thyme herb,  and after 2 tbl.dp. of mixed mass adding in 2 glasses for the hot water, boil 5 min, infuse hour, aroma in tea is an awesome.

And on hot am drinking cold strong tea with fragaria juice mixed, as 5 to 1. Drinks adding in glasses in ice adding.For vitamin, strengthening remedies am using berries with sugar and milk, and such dessert are children enjoying.

Fresh berries am using for masks as apply chopped berries mass on face for 15 min ,wash a water, alternating warm water with cold. Pulp of fragaria helping in acnes and whitening pigment spots. And such procedures keeping youthful, skin freshness , improve her condition, feeding, moisturizing, save masks are and without chemistry, and additions. Am enjoying   using fragaria lotion as one tbl.sp. chopped berries mixing in glass of cold boiled water, filtering,adding 1/32 tea.sp. of glycerine, such lotion matching for any skin type, as wetting pads in lotion and rubbing face for morning and evening.
